An incredible necklace from Joseff of Hollywood, and a beautiful piece from Still Star-Crossed for you this week! Be sure to check out the information on where the dress from Still Star-Crossed went on to be used, because it hasn’t been released yet…and may never be? Quite a scandal!
The Mirror and the Light premiered last week across the pond, so hopefully we will start to see some pieces from that production soon. I haven’t been able to see it yet, because I’m in the U.S….alas! But I hear it’s incredible.
Are there any other productions out there I need to be aware of that you all are looking forward to?

Costume Commentary
I’m waiting for the release of Rise of the Raven/Hunyadi which has been pushed back again and again but now finally premiered at at a film festival and Austrian broadcaster ORF also included it in its upcoming programs previews. First trailers have also been released. I assume most costumes are new but extras’ will probably be rented.

Thanks for sharing this! I had not heard about it. It looks interesting!
I just watched this trailer, and I think the first crown we see is one I submitted! (here in Ophelia:)
Now I’m reading wikipedia about the real history to try to figure out who the character is xd
I agree that that’s the same crown. Going by the cast list on German wikipedia and knowing that the language the actor speaks is Hungarian, I’m 99% sure that’s supposed to be Holy Roman Emperor Sigismund who was also King of Hungary. The actor’s name is László Gálffi but I’m bad with faces, so it’s best to check again whether it actually matches.
Thank you! From what I read about Hunyadi and the context of the trailer, the name Sigismund made sense for the character, but I didn’t find him in any the cast list I found, so I was very confused. I just checked the actor and yeah, I think that’s him (though I’m not the best at faces either 😉 )
EDIT: Ok, my bad, he was on imdb as “Zsigmond Luxemburgi” but I got confused as the actor’s picture was the poster of a movie he was in but wasn’t actually him. Sorry!
cool, thank you!
