These uniforms were designed for the later seasons of Babylon 5, and worn by numerous characters on the show. One of those uniforms appears to have made its way to the 2008 episode of Corey In the House, entitled Mad Songs Pay So Much, where it was worn by Marcelo Tubert as Ambassador Paroom.
