This doesn’t really count since when The Wicked Witch of the West and Evil Queen meet the WWotW says right up front that she raided the Evil Queen’s wardrobe while she was out and thinks the dress looks better on her. It’s not a recycled dress, it’s the “same” dress.

Oh, my poor Oncer heart…
I just love anything the Evil Queen wears. Her costumes are stunning, from season 1 to this point. She never disappoints with her wardrobe.
Hey, by the way, “New York City Serenade” is NOT the episode in which Rebecca Mader wears this costume, but the one named “Witch Hunt”. In fact, the dress belongs to Regina, but Zelena (the Witch’s actual name) took it from her.
