This golden necklace with a green stone pendant was first worn by Olivia Cooke as Alicent Hightower in the seventh episode of the first season of House of the Dragon titled Driftmark.

It appeared again on Phia Saban as Alicent’s daughter Helaena Targaryen in The Burning Mill, the third episode of the second season.

The necklace might be the same as worn by Emily Carey as young Alicent Hightower in the third episode of the first season, titled King of the Narrow Sea, but with the pendant stone later switched from red to green to symbolize changing allegiances.
