This distinctive hat has been used at least seven times over the years. It was spotted as early as 1984 on Gwen Watford as Dolly Bantry in the 1984 Miss Marple: The Body in the Library. In 1991 it was seen in Agatha Christie’s Poirot: The Mystery of Hunter’s Lodge, where Diana Kent wore it as Zoe Havering. In 1992, Poirot used it again in the episode The ABC Murders, this time on an extra.

2001′s Gosford Park saw the hat worn by Natasha Wightman as Lady Lavinia Meredith, and in 2012 it was seen on Anne Reid as Mrs. Clarice Thackeray in Upstairs, Downstairs. Liz White as Lizzie Mottershead wore the hat in 2014 in Our Zoo, and in 2016 it was worn by Keeley Hawes as Louisa Durrell in The Durrells.
