This fantastic horned headdress has only been sighted twice. The first time it was seen was during the 2004 production of The Phantom of the Opera, where it was worn by Ciaran Hinds  as Monsieur Firmin. The second appearance was on an uncredited actor in 2011’s Countdown to the Revolution.
