This back Victorian capelet, trimmed with black fur and passementerie, was designed by Gabriella Pescucci for Eva Green’s Vanessa Ives in the 2014 first-season episode of Penny Dreadful entitled Demimonde.  The piece found new life in the 2023 series The Law According to Lidia Poët, where Matilda De Angelis wore it as the titular character.
