This costume was first featured in the 2016 third episode of Younger, entitled Last Days of Books, where Sutton Foster wore it as Liza Miller. That same year the dress was spotted again in the Once Upon a Time episode Dark Waters when Jennifer Morrison wore it as Emma Swan.

It’s difficult to know if these two dresses are the exact same or if both productions purchased them separately off the rack. Either way, they are certainly the same design.
