I’ve found this costume in Gulliver’s Travels (1996). I tried to locate a DVD but have only been able to get it on VHS, so these are digital photos. Not very good quality, I’m afraid, but you can tell it’s the same costume. The gown is worn by an extra playing a Lady in Waiting.
