This beautiful costume was used twice in the 1952 production At Sword’s Point. It was worn by both Nancy Gates as Princess Henriette, as well as Maureen O’Hara as Claire. It was then recycled nine years later in the 1961 movie The Pit and the Pendulum, where it was worn by Barbara Steele as Elizabeth Bernard Medina.
