This charming blue and white dress has been worn four times over thirteen years. The first to wear the costume was Jodhi May as Sara Lennox in the 1999 mini-series The Aristocrats. In 2006 it was spotted on an extra in Marie Antoinette, and in 2007 it was worn by Samantha Bond as Mrs.Cole in Fanny Hill. It was last seen on an extra in the 2012 series of Upstairs, Downstairs

  1. Anna also thought she might have seen this in A Royal Affair (no caps). Just leaving a record here in case anyone gets a chance to check for it. (I might try later this spring.)

    • I actually have access to this one – I too thought I saw this in A Royal Affair. I wasn’t sure, but it was on my “Go back and check” list. The movie is Streaming on Netflix, so I will check it out soon.
