Costume Commentary

  1. I understand, Anna.:)I actually really love Gorgian era costume finds myself (it’s my favourite era). I also really enjoy seeing recycled costumes from films that I just never picked up on before that I’ve seen tons of times. It’s pretty fun!

The green jacket, admittedly, is darn near impossible to see in MA since it’s in the background and you really can only see the detailing from far away. Emanuele sent in this behind the scene shot of Rose that has a closer shot of the scene – I just adore the costumes from MA and “Affair of the Necklace” as well, even if the movie “Affair of the Necklace” wasn’t really to my liking…

  2. i mean, not to say, that the other finds aren’t great. i just love “barry lyndon” and “marie antoinette” so much, not least because of canoneros costume creations. but i’ve never even noticed these, inspite of frequent film watching.
