About the Costume

This corset with attached sleeves was first spotted in the fourth season of The Tudors, 2010, in the episode As it Should Be, where Selma Brook, as Brigitte, wore it. It was later worn by Gaia Weiss as Mary Fleming in the 2013 version of Mary, Queen of Scots before being utilized again in  2017 by Naomi Battrick as Jocelyn Castell in Jamestown. In 2021, it appeared on Rafaëlle Cohen as Anne Boleyn in the television documentary The Boleyns: A Scandalous Family, and most recently, it was spotted on Ami Tredrea as Agnes in 2024’s My Lady Jane.
