It’s been photoshopped, but the pattern in the bodice makes me think it could be the same dress. Any thoughts?

I’m sure this dress appears in two novels by Mary Hoffman: “City of Secrets” and “City of Masks”… It doesn’t look like the same in a first glance, but I’m sure it is…
