  2. I just viewed a BBC series called THE SHADOW OF THE TOWER, made in 1972. It followed the life of King Henry VII (James Maxwell). I don’t think it’s very well known. The costumes are fairy good, but there are a great many from ANNE OF THE THOUSAND DAYS (Henry VIII’s dressing gown and riding habit; Anne’s blue riding habit, Percy’s doublet and many more). Worth a look…not a bad historical series for television.
