I hope to get a clearer and more close up shot of it later in the series but I’m pretty sure I just saw this dress on a Milanese citizen in the third episode of Hunyadi/Rise of the Raven.

Yes, you may be right It does look like it!
A gown from Henry Vlll 2003 first appeared on an actress as Mary Boleyn. I can’t seem to find the actresses name, but this gown later appears on an extra as a lady in waiting in The White Queen.
.
I will do that!

Yes, absolutely. I’ll send a direct link to the thread. 🙂
Really what is the site called?
Check your e-mail, Wendy. I sent you all of the info. We hope to see you there!
Another cap from A BIT OF A DO, matching the collar in the Lighting Ad.
Oops, wrong cap. That’s the one for the other page. I wish it would allow me to delete the attachment.
It seems as though the upload problems only happen on these two pages!
Hi. The actress wearing the gown in The Tudors is Emma Hamilton as Anne Stanhope, though she might have been uncredited at the time and then landed the role of Anne later in the series.
Thanks! It sure is, I did not even recognize her!
Thank you, it does appear to be the same! 🙂
I think I’ve spotted the lace collar/ruff from the lighting ad again. I think Maggie Steed as Rose’s mother is wearing it in French and Saunders: Titanic (1998).

Happy New Year to you too! 🙂
The gown looks familiar to me, too, but I can’t place it. Will study it more and keep my eyes peeled for it, though. (Happy New Year, Katie!)
It sure is! Thanks Kiki!
In the full lighting add, the afitet that Queen Elizabeth looking woman is wearing is the same one as this:

I know, isn’t it great! I laughed when I was flipping through the magazine, saw the ad, and immediately saw several reused pieces!
Thank you for pointing out QE1’s collar. I knew it was from one of the productions, but couldn’t place it – thanks! I think you are correct!
Any thoughts on where the gown the lady at center is wearing? It looks familiar, but is so covered that I can’t tell. I think it’s from The Golden Age, honestly…but I’m not sure.
That lighting ad is a hoot! I’m pretty sure the big eyelet lace collar is the same one Miranda Richardson wears as QE1 in Blackadder Back and Forth (1999).

It appears again in (Disqus won’t let me upload picture, though)
A Bit of A Do: The Farewell Party
1989
Gwen Taylor as Rita Simcock
And it is the same collar from the French and Saunders youtube vid linked above, so that’s at least four appearances.
Thanks. I’ll look into the photo upload thing and see if it’s a site wide problem.
