I mean at this point, he probably has used every prominent Tudor dress there is, so it isn’t much of a surprise but this dress is also featured in Richard Jenkins’ Tudor Women Set 21 & 26

Oh thank you, this is a good detailed look at the costume!
I agree. There are also new (at least to me) sets with dresses I remember from Anne Neville in The White Queen and Catherine of Aragon & Lina de Cardonnes from The Spanish Princess. I just wasn’t sure whether it is worth submitting tbh.
Yeah, just saw those now as well! I need to – when I have time (someday!) go back and really page by page work the updates with photos like this. I also want to do a video (hahahahaha! WHEN?) on these photo shoots that used reused costumes for book covers (the “lady without a face in a pretty dress” book cover).
My Lady Jane really pulled an The Tudors and pulled its costumes from so many previous Tudor productions. I only really analyzed the ball scene in the fifth episode yet but that alone was a gold mine of reused and altered costumes.
I feel with time we will find even more.
It’s funny. I was about 30 minutes into the first episode and had not found anything and said to myself “Well, maybe it has mostly all new costumes.” I just needed to get a bit farther into the show. You’re right – there are LOTS of them.
