In 2004 it was worn by Jo Joyner as Fanny Thornton in the miniseries North and South. Finally, the piece was used a third time when it appeared in Desperate Romantics on Jennie Jacques as Annie Miller.

  1. i do not think, it’s the same dress. the fabric on ernestina’s is much darker. but i think it was reused somewhere else. it seems familiar. here are photos:

  2. shootastic had some more HQ pictures of the dress on jennie jacques as annie in desperate romantics. by the way: in that BBC mini she is also wearing margaret hales/daniela denby ashes gown from thornton’s dinner party in N&S episode 2
