It was spotted in the 1982 episode Buffalo Bill & Annie Oakley Play the Palace, where Robin Eisenman wore it as Princess Victoria. The dress appeared again the same year in the episode Barriers of Sound, where Lou Mulford wore it as Mabel Hubbard.
