Sorry, I’ve post the same picture twice…
There’s hundreds of cases like this one. For example, check this one. The book is “El Heredero del Clan”, a novel by Montse de Paz, a Spanish author (it would mean “The Clan’s Heir” or “The Heir to the Clan”. And to illustrate the cover, they took a promo photo from the adventure serie “Legend of the Seeker”, more specifically of Bridget Regan as Kahlan Amnell.
In the cover, they only photoshopped a new head and added a viking shield…
