I was looking through promotional pics from The Young Victoria yesterday evening because I was sure a dress I saw was from the movie (I actually still am) and when I came across this one, I was like “Hmmm I feel like I’ve seen this one before as well. I should remember it because side characters often get overlooked.” Now I know why it looked familiar. Of course it was Doctor Who
