The print of the dress on Elise Chappelle as Morwenna Carne throughout S5 of Poldark looks very much like the above, though the fabric seems to be sturdier than I would have thought. Can’t remember, if Chappelle wears this dress without it being covered by the spencer/ don’t know, if it really was short sleeved. Log in to ReplyMy husband and I went to see PPZ this evening. Lol, it was great fun. You wouldn’t believe how many recycled regency gowns, spencers and pelisses I spotted. Nearly every outfit was familiar.
