Initially seen in the 1995 production of Pride and Prejudice, Lucy Scott first wore this coat as Charlotte Lucas. It was spotted twice in 1999, first being worn by Sophia Myles as Susan Price in Mansfield Park and then by Emilia Fox as Clara Copperfield in David Copperfield. Four years later, the 2003 television movie Byron reused the coat for the role of Annabella Milbanke, played by Julie Cox. Finally, in 2008 it was spotted on Florence Hoath in Kitty Bennet in Lost in Austen.
