About the Costume

This pink Regency-style gown was first seen on Emilia Fox as Georgiana Darcy in the 1995 version of Pride and Prejudice. It went on to be used two more times, though it appears to be a different shade of pink. It’s possible the difference is due to lighting, but it seems likely that this costume may actually have been dyed. It appears a darker pink in the 2009 version of Emma, where Christina Cole wore it as Mrs. Elton. It was worn again in 2016 by Emma Greenwell as Caroline Bingley in Pride & Prejudice & Zombies.
