Costume Commentary

  1. Edit: Whoops, I think I got the two brown gowns confused again? It might be the one from Princess Caraboo? (Can’t delete photos. Sorry!)

A few added frills and flowers, but I think it’s the same gown, with sleeves shortened.

    Vanity Fair
    1987
Costume seen on Eve Matheson as Becky Sharp

  2. Oops, wrong costume. This brown dress from Scarlet & Black matches one in Princess Caraboo. Sorry! (Phooey, I can’t edit the screencap out.)
